Our stud walls are on 16" centers with a treated bottom plate and double top plate. Walls are lathed with 2x4's on side walls.
2x6 headers are installed where roll up doors are located. 2x4 headers are installed where 36" premier steel personal doors and windows are located.
Engineered trusses are placed at the top of the walls at 4' centers, and the roof is lathed with 2x4's
Buildings are fully trimmed with ridge cap, rake trim, and outside corners. J-trim is used around the windows and doors. All buildings come standard with continuous ridge vent.
Interior framing is always an option when it comes to building your shop / Barndominium. We do not provide floor plans.
Insulation and Seamless Gutters will finish your metal building off to perfection.
